Cancellation due to weather conditions:

The pilot is the only one with the authority to decide if the flight can take place or not. For obvious security reasons, we reserve the right to cancel a flight at any time. In such case, the purchase will retain its validity for one year from the date of sale for its replacement on another date at no additional cost.
Since balloon flights are conditioned by meteorology, it may be the case that one day we are forced to cancel the flight, despite the fact that the weather forecast of the day before the flight date was favorable, since Weather forecasts are not an exact science.
If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions (winds above 12 km / h, rain, fog), it will be offered free of charge within a year. In case of preferring a refund, this will be done only if your reservation is made directly with the company Vuela en Globo and a charge of 30% of the total cost of the trip will be made to cover operating expenses such as insurance payment, which is sent and It is paid before the flight.
The client has a lapse of 72 hrs. To request your refund after the date of cancellation (due to weather conditions), if you do not request it, no refund will be applied, your options will be; reschedule it in a period no longer than 12 months, transfer it.
Does not apply to reservations made through agencies or tour operators.
If upon re-scheduling, the flight is canceled again due to weather reasons, the one-year period will be restarted to re-schedule the flight at no cost.
In promotion Wednesday 2 × 1; It will only be re-scheduled to fly only on Wednesday from June 1, 2019 to December 14, 2019, otherwise the difference will be paid to fly on another day of the week.

Voluntary cancellation by the customer:

In groups of less than 8 people, the flight can be canceled up to 96 hours before free of charge, then a 100% charge will be made.
In groups of less than 4 people, the flight can be canceled up to 72 hours before free of charge, then a 100% charge will be made.
For cancellations in groups of more than 8 people, the flight can be canceled up to 15 days before free of charge, then a 100% charge will be made.
In reservations made within the previous 24 hours flight no modification can be made.
In groups of less than 8 people, a change of date can be made up to 48 hours before the flight, without generating any charge (subject to availability).
Reservations will not be reimbursed in case of passenger delay or late cancellation (less than 72 hours before the flight in groups of less than 8 people and 15 days in larger groups).
In case of “No Show” (No show on the flight), the flight is forfeited without the possibility of rescheduling.

At takeoff:

Since balloon flights are totally dependent on meteorology, we can not guarantee that the flight will follow a particular direction.
Our goal is for the balloon to fly for one hour, but it is always the pilot who has the responsibility and authority to decide the duration and behavior of any flight, as well as the proper terrain and time for landing for obvious security reasons.
All flights are subject to the limitations of the VFR defined by the General Directorate of Civil Aeronautics.

Flight restrictions:

VEG is not qualified to confirm your physical ability to perform a balloon flight, for this reason it is your responsibility to ensure your physical fitness for the realization of a balloon flight, taking into account the following points:

You can not take a balloon flight if you suffer from a physical disability, or if you have just undergone a surgical operation, unless you received a valid medical certificate of fitness.
Pregnant women can not fly.
No one can fly under the influence of alcoholic beverages or drugs.
People with spinal problems can not fly.
People with plaster or splint can not fly.
People with heart problems can not fly, unless they have received a valid medical certificate of fitness.

If the VEG team notices any of these conditions in any passenger at the time of the flight, they will be denied access to the balloon, without refund of the reservation paid.

The balloon can not be accessed with Selfie Sticks.
Vuela en Globo reserves the right of admission.

Liability insurance:

Liability insurance is included in the price of the flight for each passenger.
The level of coverage is accordance with international agreements related to air transport and the Warsaw Convention. In no case are we responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings carried on board the aircraft (including clothing) or for injuries and disastrous consequences or personal beyond the level of coverage of our insurance.

Minors:

VEG does not allow flight to children under 4 years of age.
VEG does not recommend flight for children under 6 years of age.
In VEG children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Children up to 9 years old will have a special rate, older than this age must book and pay a full ticket with normal rate.
